3.2: Observation & Confirmation
Once you’ve gotten more familiar with those on your team, it will become easier to identify when someone is acting out of character - which can be particularly helpful during interpersonal workplace conflicts.
3.2.1: Shadowing & Verification
Shadowing a team, or at the very least, keeping vigilant for opportunities to observe the problematic interaction is a necessary step to ensure fair assessment of the issue at hand.
3.2.2: The Neutral 3rd party
Having the group observed by a neutral 3rd party may help to encourage everyone to be mindful about how their actions and communication styles are perceived by others.
